Kevin E. Hodges, P.E.
Kevin is a licensed professional engineer in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma and has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, environmental engineering, site development, master planning and acquisitions. Kevin has worked on various civil and environmental projects that included master planning, 401 and 404 permitting, detailed due diligence for acquisition, infrastructure design and construction. He has also been the engineer of record for geotechnical investigations and has provided construction materials testing and inspection services on highways, streets, residential and commercial projects. He has designed airport fueling and prepared spill containment, control and countermeasures plans. He is experienced in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting, storm water pollution prevention plans, design, monitoring, and compliance.
